Our thesis is simple:You started your company because you saw a particular problem in the world that needed to be solved. You\'ve made it your mission to solve that problem for as many people as possible; and in doing so, you\'ve ran into a problem yourself.To truly impact as many people as you want to, you need to create a cohesive systemic vehicle that is equal parts people and technology. Perhaps you have a few things that are going well, but you\'re consistently finding that running the organization is taking you further and further away from why you started it in the first place. That is where we come in. We work with you or your Director of Operations to ensure that you have all of the necessary mental models, system documentation, and technical resources to create the organization you dreamed of when you started. Your company runs autonomously while you focus on your zone of genius and the most impactful areas for growth.
