ABOUT IMOGEN HAMMOND-WILLIAMS
I find businesses that are looking to improve their customer on-boarding journey, combat fraud and improve their trust decisions. Helping companies to decide whom they should or shouldn’t do business with. This all starts with a conversation. I uncover company values, visions and growth for their future and help them to make their operation as profitable as can be, with a minimised risk (pesky fraudsters). Ever since I was a child, I watched a world around me bring constant problems to my door. From living in a low income household and learning how to wash my school uniform without a washing machine (thankfully I no longer need to use these useful but long winded techniques), to looking in the kitchen cupboards to find 3 ingredients to cook with and still being able to cook up a storm. I became obsessed with finding solutions to problems. This solution finding obsession followed me through life. Now here I am going out to find problems (that most people would run away from) just so that I can help find the solution. What do I do outside of work, I hear you ask? Well I am always looking at ways to open my mind and learn new things, so you will probably catch me with my head in a book. Some of my all time favourites are; ‘Start With Why’ by Simon Sinek, ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ by Louise Hay ‘Milk and Honey’ by Rupi Kaur and of course, the classic ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ by Robert T. Kiyosaki. Have any books that you can recommend to me? Drop me a message! Want to discuss slick customer on-boarding and how to combat those pesky fraudsters? Drop me a message! Speak soon!
