I am a relationship-builder, skilled program and project manager, proven leader, and team player committed to advancing gender equity, and to equipping youth with skills to take charge of their futures and to change our world.With 10+ years in the nonprofit sector, I have: developed new models for national youth leadership, service and social justice programs; forged national partnerships that test new ideas and advance organizational missions; and led cross-functional teams, campaigns and initiatives. Along the way, I’ve built deep partnerships with nonprofits, coalitions, funders, community partners, elected officials and government agencies to raise funds and create programs that benefit real people.My work is driven by: an entrepreneurial spirit; a belief in the power of collaboration; and passions for gender equity, youth development, mental health, and social justice.
