ABOUT IMOGEN BARRATT ASSOC

Throughout my career journey I started as a HR Administrator for LloydsPharmacy for 8-months, this shortly lead to my promotions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later a Talent Acquisition Partner as I had always had an interest in recruitment, this was the beginning my career in Clinical Recruitment. This entailed placement years for Pharmacists, consisting of a variety of different pathways such as our Online Doctor and Prison Pharmacists, to GP placements and signing partnership agreements for future cohorts of pharmacist students creating multidisciplinary pharmacists. This role became somewhat more interesting during COVID and allowed us to map out the benefits of pharmacists and how they play a crucial role in health diagnosis and management. Due to a change of circumstances, I left LloydsPharmacy and worked at Vision Express as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a temporary contract; supporting and implementing processes to attract and obtain future talent pipelines of placements students. This lead to the closing of national permanent positions once they had qualified as an Optometrist. This mirrored my role at LloydsPharmacy but for a different area of Clinical Recruitment, I enjoyed the variety of differences this role provided. Due to location and commuting I decided it was time to move into an agency role which specialised in more IT roles, I enjoyed this role but I located a Education Recruiter role at Keys Group as I wanted to work on a variety of roles that was not constrained to one area of recruitment. Within my role at Keys Group I recruit for SEND specialist Teaching and Learning Support roles, alongside Senior Leadership positions. I also support the Clinical Recruitment for Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists for permanent positions within our schools nationwide. I appreciate the variety this role brings from SEND teaching roles to clinical support for students within our schools nationwide. I am also an Associate Member of the CIPD and this has supported me through my career journey, completing this qualification alongside my degree in HR and Business Management with a 2:1 classification. This has provided me with the necessary skill set for my previous and current 360 degrees recruitment position\'s.
