Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient execution of Ethọ́s Lab’s mission, managing staff and optimizing processes for quality and effectiveness. Create and refine operational systems across administration, finance, and HR—including payroll, expenses, financial systems, and staff contracts. Collaborate with the Executive Director and stakeholders to shape strategic vision and translate goals into actionable plans for operational teams.Manage resource allocation—budget, time, and human resources (staff, mentors, vendors, contractors, volunteers)—to support projects and initiatives. Build and manage relationships with external partners, negotiating and executing contracts to ensure smooth operations. Supervise the accountant and bookkeeper for finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance management, fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Lead lease management for facilities, including negotiation and compliance, and manage office and Lab spaces—covering maintenance, repairs, security, and scheduling.Co-create KPIs for operational functions, regularly monitor progress, and provide reports to leadership to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Champion innovation, continuous learning, and youth empowerment, supporting Ethọ́s Lab’s commitment to community impact and organizational excellence.
