I am a transformative leader with extensive experience in driving change in large and complex organizations through technology and innovation. I work with the finance and tax departments of multinational companies to develop and execute technology led global transformation strategies. I am skilled in change management, strategy and innovation and have over 15 years of technology project management experience in the financial services (wealth and asset management, private equity, banking and capital markets) and natural resources sector (oil and gas). I lead the FSO Tax Program Management and Transformation offering which supports some of EY’s biggest clients in the Wealth and Asset Management industry. I am responsible for execution of market activity, delivery of exceptional client service and creation of a high-performing team for our Los Angeles practice. I am passionate about harnessing the power of technology for innovation. I sit on the Executive Steering Committee of the Americas-Africa Market Network which connects our Americas and Africa practices in support of our US based clients who are interested in initial entry or expansion of their global operations into the dynamic African market. I am committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion in the financial and technology sectors and lead Diversity and Inclusion for the practice. I enjoy mentoring entrepreneurs in the African space, specifically women and youth.I hold a Master’s Degree from Cambridge University in Social and Political Sciences and a Chartered Accountancy qualification (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. I have an international background and have worked in the US, UK, Amsterdam, France, Turkey, Canada, Brazil and Switzerland.
