Working hand-in-hand with the Global Head of Project Estimation & Controls as Project Controller on project and portfolio financial models for development projects and bid evaluations: · Compile assumption books and perform project and portfolio calculations and sensitivity analysis with the financial model with comprehensive technical understanding while ensuring adherence to schedule and execution plan. · Gather and reconcile inputs, general project assumptions, cost and budget assumptions, market- macroeconomic and financial assumptions with project teams and relevant departments to prepare business cases, CAPEX, OPEX and DEVEX calculations, as well as energy yields, off-take and financing calculations. · Interdepartmental plausibility check of technical assumptions. · Independently and supportively review and validate cost estimates from proposals and industry information and subsequently prepare costing schedules, costing bases, benchmarking and supporting materials. · Participate in bid evaluations and prepare conceptual designs and detailed estimates based on project plans and on-site project schedules. · Support project, market and transaction teams with commercial expertise, particularly in early project phases and tender processes. · Support business development and portfolio management teams in the efficient development and implementation of their project portfolio and assessment of opportunities and risks to demonstrate project competitiveness. · Develop and maintain a database for relevant technical and commercial assumptions · Knowledge transfer in project control, portfolio management
