Currently, as the Practice Innovation Attorney for the Strategic Transactions & Licensing Group at Gunderson Dettmer, I lead our innovation and knowledge management initiatives for our firm’s IP and technology transactions practice. I work on implementing innovative legal tech solutions to revolutionize and transform organizational-wide processes. I focus on providing pragmatic, business-driven legal guidance to venture-backed technology companies, and advise investors and companies on various privacy, intellectual property and technology issues in anticipation of financing rounds and M&A/exit events. I have deep experience in counseling on matters regarding product development, strategic alliances, data privacy and security, intellectual property licensing, and commercialization of technology assets. I am an accredited IAPP certified information privacy professional for the U.S.(CIPP/US).
