GST Compliance & Filing: • Ensure timely filing of monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), GL scrutiny, and discharge of GST liabilities within stipulated deadlines. • Oversee material movement, ensuring proper documentation for GST compliance. • Analyze and claim eligible GST refunds for accumulated ITC and excess balance in the cash ledger. Invoicing & Financial Operations: • Oversee PES IC, customer, and RCM invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GST regulations. • Analyze eligible ITC on hotel and travel bookings, optimizing tax credits for the organization. • Reconcile turnover to ensure all business activities are correctly reflected in GST filings. Refund & Assessment Support: • Support the exploration and processing of GST refund claims, ensuring timely resolutions with the GST Department. • Assist with IDT assessments and maintain correspondence with tax authorities. • Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes. Inventory & Bill Booking: • Monitor and manage PV, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory to optimize stock levels. • Coordinate with subcontractor warehouses to ensure timely transfer of inventory to PMG before quarter-end. • Monitor open ITBR and CJC, ensuring timely bill booking through coordination with SCM & SSC. Inter-unit Reconciliation & TCS Filing: • Review inter-unit balances and reconciling them with GL and obtaining necessary confirmations. • Prepare and file quarterly TCS returns in compliance with tax regulations.
