Plan, coordinate and implement programs• Establish policies and procedures for all programs• Identify geographic growth opportunities and priorities• Evaluate programs and provide feedback as needed• Communicate policy and information to program staff• Increase key impact measurements• Coordinate project activities with government regulatory or other governmental agencies• Communicate program status to President on a weekly basis• Direct and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters2. Personnel Development and Management• Recruit, hire and provide training and supervision of staff including establishing work plans.• Communicate and implement guidelines and policies with staff • Cultivate the values of BSDC within the organization• Provide written evaluations of staff at program milestones and completion.• Establish and maintain open communication among program staff and with supervisor.3. Public Relations• Provide BSDC clients and the general community with relevant presentations and workshops.• Assist with developing grant proposals and program promotion• Assist with fund raising events• Contribute to the production of newsletter articles, web posts and other promotional materials4. Administration• Review progress reports prepared by project staff and modify schedules or plans as required• As directed by supervisor attend workshops, events and training seminars• Interface with and cultivate relations with professional and community partners• Assist with program budget development and maintain expenditures within budget parameters• As directed by supervisor serve on committees with board of directors members and present to the board at quarterly meetings.
