I use Atlassian Rovo and native Jira automation to reduce manual effort, enforce standards, and improve data quality. Where advanced behavior is needed, I leverage marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, JSU, and Rich Filters to build reliable workflows, listeners, validators, and reporting views that scale across teams.I also support Agile and portfolio-level planning through Jira Align and Polarion, ensuring alignment between strategy, delivery, and execution. Alongside technical work, I provide user support, training, and documentation, helping teams adopt best practices and get real value from the tools they use every day.My focus is simple: keep the platforms clean, automated, and aligned to how the organization actually works
