Responsible for acquiring and analyzing internal and external market information to provide inputs to the senior management in planning, product development and facilitate effective business decision making -> Ensure the timely execution of various market research and market intelligence studies for effective business decision making including reports on the following: o Macroeconomic indicators and external business environment o Global and Indian Express logistics industry o Competition monitoring & analysis o Regulatory trends etc-> Responsible for scanning environment for business intelligence through external and internal research, competitor intelligence etc. and present findings to the senior management-> Work closely with the Managing Director, Chief Commercial Officer and Manager – Market Research & Business Analysis, in developing the marketing, sales and business strategy for Blue Dart by providing critical inputs (based on extensive market research)-> Engaging cross-functionally with global teams to provide support for brand upliftment and developing marketing, sales and product strategies-> Ensure the conduct of business specific research in terms of market potential, competitor strategies, pricing, service offerings etc. and report the same to the senior management team-> Preparing monthly performance analysis report, indicating detailed performance month on month basis, with respect to products, sectors, levers, etc-> Support in preparation of various management presentations (Country Business Review, Commercial Review, etc) for senior management review meetings-> Planning and supporting in execution of various strategic projects, such as Market Sizing, Customer Surveys, etc. through appropriate coordination with the external market research agency
