Working as a Site Reliability Engineer, I collaborate with various other teams, seeking out best solutions for applications requirements to eliminate bottlenecks on fault tolerant setup, ensuring best practices are in place for a secure, scalable and automated life of that application. Constantly revisiting already deployed applications to ensure stability, as well as keep response times low.Skills I daily utilize are- Data Stream processing using Kafka and Flink- Writing infrastructure as code using terraform and chef- Working with Nginx/Apache- Strong knowledge of working with code repository systems such as git- Working with HashiCorp product toolkits:(terraform, vault, consul, nomad)- CI/CD systems (jenkins, GOCD, git-runner, web-hooks)- AWS:( ES, MSK, EC2,IAM,ACM-PCA,s3), implementation, deployment and maintenance- SOC2 documentation, patching and adhering to best practises. Working on the DevOPs side of the organization I help maintain and managed enterprise size cloud based applications, ensuring fault tolerance and availability. supporting a team of Developers and QA technical staff.
