I’m an entrepreneur, builder, and 2x Emmy winner who has spent more than two decades creating breakthrough media formats, interviewing global leaders, and building mission-driven companies and educational initiatives.I co-founded OZY, a digital media and entertainment company known for its award-winning TV shows, podcasts, newsletters, live events and awards programs. Over the years I’ve hosted or produced programs for CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, PBS, BBC, Hulu, Amazon, and OWN, and have interviewed hundreds of prominent figures across politics, business, culture, and sports.My earlier career includes time at McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs, as well as co-founding Achieva, one of the country’s earliest large-scale college-access and test-prep organizations. I’m an honors graduate of Harvard University and Stanford Law School, where I was an editor of the Stanford Law Review.In recent years, I’ve also become active in justice-system reform, speaking at universities and legal forums and engaging with organizations and individuals committed to fairness, due process, and second-chance opportunities.I’m passionate about storytelling, leadership, education, and helping people and communities thrive.
