I am a Warehouse Supervisor at NORTHERN MOTOR COMPANY, a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories. I lead and manage a team of 15 warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders to customers across the country. In the past three years, I have improved the operational performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction of the warehouse by implementing process improvements, such as streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and optimizing space utilization. I have also ensured a safe and healthy working environment, complying with all regulations and policies, and providing training and coaching to my team. I have demonstrated my expertise in using power equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, to handle and transport materials and goods. I hold a Master of Arts degree in History from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner, where I developed my research, analytical, and communication skills. I am passionate about learning new things and applying my knowledge to solve problems and create value.
