My current role is Assistant Engineer at NCC Limited,I\'ve been actively involved in the RDSS Project.My responsibilities include overseeing the execution of the erection & Charging of Distribution transformers,Stringing AB Cable,Rabbit Conductor,Dog Conductor HVDS,Feeder Bifurcation New DP Structure.I typically conduct site surveys to assess the conditions before commencing work.This involves ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the site is prepared for installation. My work also includes the management of site personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.I focus on quality inspections and reporting discrepancies to the project manager or client representative.My ability to coordinate with various teams helps streamline the execution processes, leading to efficient and timely project completion.The skills I developed during this phase,such as site supervision,project planning and documentation of project progress.
