About Iman Rejai
Iman has more than 18 years of experience in project management, quality management, project delivery, package management and drafting. He has extensive experience in transit, aviation, hospitality, residential, healthcare and mixed-use projects, both national and international. He leads the development of project design standards, requirements and solutions with knowledge of architectural or interior design practice with emphasis on design, building materials, construction methods, integration of engineering disciplines and building codes. He has extensive knowledge of building costs and design/construction schedules. Supervises a design department for a specific element and discipline of service. He is responsible for the management and coordination of all transit station architecture planning, programming and design (both administrative and technical), to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. He leads coordination with engineering design, fire life safety design as well as urban design and station area project staff. He Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget and scope of work to completion and meet the client\'s satisfaction. He is proficient in IBC, IRC, ANSI, ADA, OSHA, SFC/SRC, NFPA codes. Iman is proficient in architectural urban planning and green building design per LEED requirements. He also manages BIM and has established protocols and standards as well as leads staff training. He is proficient in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Adobe Design Suite, Navisworks, Newforma, Bluebeam Revu, 3D-Studio Max, Rhino, MS Office, IES (Energy Modeling) and Ecotect (Solar Tool).
