   Oversee and monitor a highly-skilled team of 12 production planners and buyers for 18 different production lines with strategic leadership. • Lead planning and purchasing team to maintain main KPIs (BO, BSS, LIFR, OTD, and Inventory), optimum inventory, and inventory entitlement project. • Create and finalize planning parameters (SS & VOP) policies with the sourcing and production team for purchasing & manufacture materials. • Spearhead capacity planning with the manufacturing team and a highly-talented planning team to keep WOs updated to prevent BSS, BO, and inventory optimization. • Contribute actively as one of the key members in four different business units’ SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning). • Reduce inventory in regions with keeping OTD by leading a new project; assisted cross-department projects, such as new material evaluation, NPI, and R&D projects. • Supervise buyers in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and control OTD to strengthen business links. • Develop innovative processes in controlling/monitoring past-due POs and manage new projects for decreasing scrap risk. • Administer different POs (Consignment, blanket, Kanban, and regular) with intercompany and external suppliers.
