Graduate of Frostburg State University. I am a goal oriented healthcare recruiter. In the past, you could find me in two of Maryland’s well known casinos in the marketing department giving away cash prizes, gadgets, and planning events for the highest earning guests. However, I have transitioned into Human Resources where I am able to keep the smiles and excitement going, but from behind the scenes. Building rapport is my number one goal! What\'s the perfect career with no rapport? Majoring in Mass Communication and Communication Studies has driven me to become a people person. I am a speaker, an articulator, but most importantly a listener. My career path has placed me in a position to laugh, become familiar, and ultimately place candidates into their dream career. The best part of my day is congratulating candidates on their newly accepted position.
