Responsible for recruitment efforts across our region for requisitions including administrative and insurance agent positions. • Lead hiring management team, partnering with senior management to develop and implement effective recruitment techniques to attract top industry talent. • Built an ample “pool” of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, resume databases, social media, employee referrals, and cold calling.•Perform full cycle recruiting: source, phone screen, evaluate qualifications, review resumes, submitting potential candidates to the Agency Director for review, interview prep with candidates, in-person interviews and debrief with candidates after every interview. •Coordinate candidates with various levels of Insurance experience and contract to hire positions.•Utilize Hubspot as an applicant tracking system (ATS) to create candidates’ profiles, upload candidates’ resumes, track day to day activities, and update recruiting notes. •Place 20-30 outbound calls to prescreen applicants and obtain necessary information while maintaining confidentiality and abiding by employment compliance laws. •Source unique talent through searches on California Department of Insurance, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other internal software applications.•Create various job postings for multiple job orders regarding Medicare Insurance and Financial Service opportunities. •Responsible for offering positions and securing verbal offers, review counter offer scenarios, and negotiate salary on behalf of the candidate.•Perform monthly OIG (Office of Inspector General) and SAM (System for Award Management) search of over 60 agents within our Agency.
