I am a nonprofit professional and informal educator with a deep commitment to youth development, community well-being, and equity-driven work. I hold a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from UNC Greensboro, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UNC Charlotte. My academic background and professional experiences are grounded in understanding human behavior, social systems, and the factors that shape the lived experiences of youth and families.My work is driven by a passion for supporting young people in ways that are affirming, empowering, and developmentally responsive. I am especially motivated by roles that allow me to advocate for individuals and communities whose voices are often overlooked, and to contribute to programs and initiatives that promote well-being, access, and opportunity.Across my career, I have been most fulfilled in spaces that center education, community engagement, and service. I value collaboration, empathy, and intentional relationship-building, and I approach my work with a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. Whether supporting youth directly or contributing to broader organizational goals, I am committed to work that creates meaningful, lasting impact.I am always eager to connect with others who are passionate about youth development, nonprofit work, education, and community-centered change.
