Passionate, mission-driven Head of School with nearly three decades of experience leading independent school communities with vision, compassion, and strategic clarity. I currently serve as Head of School at Trinity Episcopal School in Charlotte, NC, where I have the honor of being the first woman and first person of color to hold this role.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to lead with integrity, build inclusive cultures, and champion excellence in teaching and learning. From improving academic rigor and enrollment to growing endowments and mentoring leaders, I bring a collaborative and courageous approach to every challenge and opportunity.I’m also a certified executive coach, committed to uplifting current and aspiring leaders by helping them thrive and lead boldly. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, data-informed decision making, and a deep love for students.In addition to my school leadership, I’ve served on multiple nonprofit boards and presented at national conferences on topics ranging from DEI, women in leadership, strategic planning, and educational technology.I believe in the power of education to change lives, and in the sacred responsibility of leading schools where every child is known, loved, and inspired to grow.
