Responsible for the implementation of a daily successful clinic workflow and positive patient encounters in a clinic that oversees more than 100 patient visits in both Gastroenterology and Hepatology.• Oversee all personnel of the clinic, including 40 providers, 32 support staff, and ensure that personnel have the resources, training, qualifications, and attitude to meet Children\'s quality standards and policies.• Maintain clinic and personnel schedules to optimize provider needs while maximizing patient visits and revenue while minimizing costs. Collaborate with providers on quality improvement projects and academic pursuits in the clinic.• Pilot new organizational level changes in the GI Clinic spearheaded by UTSW and continuously engage and hardwire process improvements before they become organizational standards. • Generate and analyze monthly reports to create easily processed and visualized data to aid in grasping clinic level processes and quality improvement analyses.• Lead new initiatives and projects with senior executive leadership by piloting in the GI clinic and reporting on progress of the initiative. Working with clinic staff and providers to operationalize several process workflows and changes.• Partnering with hospital inpatient teams to strategize scheduled admissions, discharges, and continuity of care for follow up appointments in outpatient clinics.
