My name is Iman Jones-Doxen. I am Technical Design Professional with experience at leading companies such as Ann Taylor/LOFT, LoveShack Fancy, Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis & The Limited. Currently I am Head of all Woven Apparel for Amazon\'s The Drop. Our brand partners with top social media influencers & celebrity brands to curate & promote design capsules that appeal & fit all women from xxs-5x; all while incorporating exciting AI in the design process! I have vast experience in all categories; including Missy, Plus, Petite, Tall, Menswear & Children\'s Wear as well as all product categories such as knits, wovens, denim & sweaters. While at Ralph Lauren, I was a TD/PD Manager where I oversaw all casual wear, active wear, outerwear & outlet.
