As Executive Director of Flight Club 502, a leading youth aviation nonprofit, I oversee strategic growth, fundraising, operations, and organizational development. I lead a team of dedicated staff, youth officers, and volunteers who expand access to aviation through flight training, aircraft build projects, STEM programs, and leadership opportunities.I oversee financial management, donor and corporate relations, and large-scale fundraising initiatives that have generated substantial support for our mission. I guide program development and expansion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance, safety, and long-term sustainability.My role combines leadership, vision, and strategic management to empower young aviators, build strong community partnerships, and create pathways into aviation careers.
