ABOUT IMAN DIXON

I started my career in administrative roles, but as I gained more exposure to the Human Resources field, I was quickly drawn in and made this a career. Over the years, I\'ve taken on new responsibilities, and worked across every aspect of the HR discipline, from employee relations and benefits administration to compliance and talent management. Today, I bring versatility and knowledge across the HR spectrum and I recently earned my SHRM-CP certification to solidify my expertise. I value building relationships, solving problems and being a resource to others, and I strive to create an organizational culture where everyone feels supported.Outside of the people work, I\'m highly strategic and continually focused on making work and processes smoother. If I\'m not working 1:1 with someone, you will often find me figuring out a new way to streamline a process, or better utilize technology to improve a workflow.As I continue to grow in HR, I’m committed to finding new ways to enhance employee experience, build positive workplace cultures, and drive change.
