   I spearhead the design and enhancement of Human Resources programs as part of a company-wide initiative for Finance and HR Modernization. My primary role involves serving as the enterprise HR project leader, overseeing the development and evaluation of our HR Operating model and the implementation of new ERP and HCM technical solutions. I also function as a strategic thought partner and project leader, aligning HR Operating model and technology initiatives with the overall HR vision and strategy.
