I am PMP®-certified technical leader with a PhD in Analytical & Materials Chemistry along with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor CMP materials industry. My work sits where product development, manufacturing and customer technology roadmaps meet.Today, I serve as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Entegris, leading portfolios of New Product Introductions (NPIs) for CMP slurries and cleans. I coordinate global stakeholders across R&D, analytical laboratories, manufacturing, quality, EHS, supply chain, logistics and commercial teams to ensure new materials move from concept to stable high-volume manufacturing with clear data, controlled risk and minimal disruption to customers.In practical terms, that means I:• Lead programs that protect key customer revenue while enabling new technology nodes and tighter performance requirements.• Work with analytical and R&D teams to define measurement strategies, methods and data packages that give engineers and customers confidence in every launch.• Partner with operations, planning and logistics to improve sampling, raw-material inventory and change-control processes, so we can say “yes” to customer timelines without compromising quality or safety.• Support data, quality and EHS teams in building digital tools and governance that bring a data-driven, risk-aware and continuously improving mindset into daily decision-making.Earlier in my career I was a Development Team Lead and Research Scientist in CMC Materials and a postdoctoral scholar in Chemistry at the University of Iowa. My academic work on engineered nanomaterials resulted in 25+ peer-reviewed publications and thousands of citations, giving me a deep foundation in surface chemistry, analytical methods and data interpretation that I now apply to semiconductor materials at industrial scale.Colleagues come to me when the challenge is complex, cross-functional and high-stakes.
