Starting 1st of August 2023 I\'ve been selected for a new job as a Development Team Leader. My duties include working closer to the supplier as a 2nd and 3rd line support to handle users incidents, problems and change requests. My new role require using a variety of analysis, development and Database tools.I commenced with Business Services Organisation as an agency staff in the role of Project Support Officer until the NIECR (Electronic Care Record, Northen Ireland integrated Health system) moved from being a project to a business as usual, hence and since then (23rd of May 2022) I worked directly with BSO as Operation support officer.My dutes include first and second line support for NIECR and RISOH users, which includes change requests, service requests, incidents and problems resolution,
