More than 15 years of experience in managing digital transformation programs and projects, modernizing outdated systems and organizational transformation in several distinct sectors of activity. The budget for some programs reached $70 millions and $30 millions for some projects- More than 10 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning and strategy development, process alignment, change management, monitoring and innovation, reporting and monitoring- Expertise in consulting, training, support and management of workforce activities.
