Responsible for distributing the incoming and outgoing correspondences/documents to clients, respective departments and contractors. Perform follow-up and review of open items with various trades as directed by the Project Manager. Ensure all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions and document status prior to submission. Maintain an easy retrieval system
