I joined RM Thiruvanathapuram as Project Lead on a truly memorable day, which coincided with the vibrant Onam celebrations at the office. Starting this new chapter amidst such joy and togetherness made the beginning even more special. In my role, I lead deployment initiatives for the Assessment product under RM plc. My responsibilities include:Driving end to end deployment pipelines with Azure DevOps to ensure smooth and reliable releases.Implementing CI/CD practices, automation, and cloud deployments to enhance efficiency and scalability.Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops, Infra and App Support) to plan, execute, and govern deployments.Ensuring compliance, governance, and delivery oversight while mentoring team members on DevOps best practices.This role brings together my passion for technology, leadership, and impact, and I’m looking forward to contributing to RM’s mission in the education sector.
