ABOUT ILYSSA PADRID-DYKMAN

Hello there! With over decade of experience as a versatile diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader, I\'ve been on an incredible and humbling journey blending my passion for client project and event management with the power of data assessment and analysis. What drives me is the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to craft compelling stories that ignite DEI strategic change within organizations. At my core, I\'m a people person. Beyond paying attention to the details of each project and the nitty-gritty of data, I\'m dedicated to cultivating positive relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues. For me, DEI growth isn\'t just about impact—it\'s about creating moments of joy, and infusing a human-centered approach into every facet of my work. I\'ve had the privilege of bringing this approach to life across diverse sectors, including non-profits, for-profits, government entities, and private clients, adding a personalized and detail-oriented touch to each project.Outside of work, I love reading, playing board games with my partner, and going on traveling adventures together. An accomplishment close to my heart, not highlighted in my resume, is being there and part of \"exile (ft. the crowd)\" and \"Cruel Summer - Live from TS | The Eras Tour.\" Eager to explore the positive impacts I can bring to your company? Let\'s join forces to empower workplaces, making meaningful changes that resonate in talent retention and attraction on our collective journey toward a more inclusive future. Can\'t wait to connect and turn those goals into reality!
