   Yoga Instructor with over 2700 hours teaching experience. RYT® 500, E-RYT® 200 CPR/AED Certified. I teach several different types of yoga, all forms of Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Cardio Flow, Yoga Sculpt, with or without weights, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Slow Flows. I have experience teaching all level of students from beginner to advanced. My specialties are arm balances and inversions for all levels, trauma informed yoga, specialty classes for athletes, workshops, themed class, and private and small group instruction. All instruction is intelligently and creatively sequenced based in safe alignment to build full strength body strength with a focus on using body weight to target increasing flexibility through active muscle engagement. I focus on empowering my students with fun, energizing classes aimed at meeting them wherever they are on their journey and providing them with the tools and confidence to grow and advance and far as they choose in their practice, as well as off their mats. My teaching style aims to equip students with a deeper connection to their body, breath, and mind so they can carry the skills learned in practice into their lives to move safely, and become stronger from head to toe, side to side and front to back. By safely moving through all six planes of motion in class students are less likely to sustain injuries outside the studio and report better health, improved sleep and a more positive improved quality of life.I have several years experience teaching in studios located in Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Barrington, Deerfield, Glenview, Park Ridge, Highland Park, Skokie, and Winnetka
