Export Cargo Agent: Liaise with Customers in a polite and efficient manner. Create and update Records of all consignments in the ABS and other Airlines system. Separate and distribute cargo documents according to airline requirements. Work as team player with the business and work flexibly when required to meet all aspect of flight operations. Working to deadlines and follow set prosecute in all aspects of preparing flights to enable safe operation. Ensure all security documentations correct in line with Aviation security. Calculate charges for both import and export customers handling storages charges collect fees and others as applicable. Liaise with warehouse leads and ensure all exports shipments are getting ready on time. Comply with all company procedures and instructions and act on instructions from management necessary.(DG SAFETY ADVISOR) by Air Responsible for checking dangerous goods in accordance with IATA requirements. Compile NOTOCs for Customer Airlines flight as required. Maintain customer service levels to a high standard in conjunction with DG Coordinator. To ensure compliance of Regulatory Bodies e.g, IATA, CAA, HSE, and HMRC/Border force. Separate and distribute dangerous goods cargo documents according to airlinerequirements. Liaising with customer to resolve dangerous goods rejection errors in a proactive manner. Operate telephone system in a polite and efficient manner. Investigate and report on all queries from customer, airlines, agents and HMRC/Borderforce.
