The purpose of the product is to evaluate the maturity of hundreds of FIS applications and present a coherent view of their status using a set of unified metrics. This work involves integration with multiple process flows and sources of data, such as SNOW CMDB, Blazent, Flexera, vCenter, OCP and many others. Spearheading and leading development of ServiceNow-driven automation to procure infrastructure changes, such as standardized server configurations, installing standard tools, server patching, with a potential to save thousands of man-hours.Many years of serving as chair of software architecture forums, in charge of software standards and governance.
