   In this role, I lead a small team of engineers with our primary focus being integrations. With each new vendor or client that integrates, I follow the project from inception to delivery, maintaining steady communication with the vendor throughout. On top of working with the vendor, I work with the vendor and sponsor together to ensure that what we deliver is in alignment with expectations (data, frequency, format, other expectations). As the product manager, I ensure that requirements are well documented and refined with engineers, allowing our team to plan for sprints and deliver product outcomes. This role is a unique position given that API (and other) integrations have lots of stakeholders involved, requiring a keen ability to manage the project while also managing the product team\'s outcomes. I really enjoy this role because I get to work on cool integrations that are beneficial for sites in helping to reduce manual double data entry across multiple systems. In about a year, the team has seen great improvement in our requirements, documentation, and outcome delivery.
