I am responsible for reporting daily OEE and performance data, preparing operation cards, carrying out 5S activities to improve productivity in the machining department and ensuring their sustainability, preparing daily production downtime reports, issuing initial measurement approvals and periodic measurement control reports, and tracking maintenance and repair requests.Günlük olarak OEE, Performans verilerinin raporlanması,tezgahlar için operasyon kartları hazırlanması, talaşlı imalat bölümündeki verimin arttırılması için 5S çalışmalarının yapılması ve sürekliliğinin sağlanması, günlük üretim duruş raporlarının hazırlanması, ilk ölçüm onayları ve periyodik ölçüm kontrollerin raporlarının hazırlanması, bakım-onarım taleplerinin takibinin yapılması konularından sorumlu olarak çalışmaktayım.

I’m a mechanical engineer who enjoys turning technical knowledge into practical results. I combine analytical thinking with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, especially in production, design, and project management processes.Currently, I’m working as a Production Engineer at Renkler Makine, where I focus on cycle time analysis, OEE improvement, and 5S applications to increase efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.Before that, I worked at Feedtech as a Project Sales Engineer, preparing quotations, layout designs, and process flow diagrams based on customer needs, as well as machine operation and assembly manuals. This role helped me blend engineering expertise with sales and project management experience.I also gained solid field experience during my internships at AKG Termoteknik and Klemsan, where I learned about production processes, machining, and press line operations.My career goal is to continue developing my technical expertise while creating value in operational excellence and sustainable efficiency within engineering
