My role is part of the Marketing team and is responsible for creating engaging, inspiring and considered creative across a broad range of customers and channels with the support of the Junior Graphic Designer. I produce creative that is always fresh & on-brand ensuring that creative both internal & external adheres to brand guidelines. Deliver constantly improving creative that is relevant & engaging to customers. Responsibilities • working with both written & verbal briefs from the Marketing Team • Work closely with the Junior Graphic Designer to create designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off • Work across a range of formats using Adobe Creative Cloud and programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator • Independently produce assets across both print and digital channels, including catalogues & look books, leaflets, adverts, website and online graphics such as GIFs & motion graphics • Working with templates to provide packaging designs and instructions for all new products • Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows brand guidelines • Carry out proof checking prior to print and communicating with printers • Keep up to date with the latest design trends. Commercial Trading • Identify opportunities for improving customer experience through new or improved creative • Fully understand the market and competition to support the delivery of creative in line with customer expectations to maximise sales
