As an IT Service Desk Operations Manager and ServiceNow Now product owner at Steve Madden, I lead challenging business initiatives into sustainable yet innovative technology solutions. I have over 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, contingency planning, and Service Desk Support I build and lead cross-functional teams that deliver Class A support worldwide to regional and remote users.I have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders across multiple operations. I am passionate about continuous learning, leadership development, and strategic growth. I also have expertise in social media, content management, and e-commerce platforms, which I applied in my previous role as an SVP of Business Operations and IT Initiatives at My Intelligent Pets, LLC.My cats absolutely demand 100% of my attention when I am at home, and are not to happy when they don’t get it,I love to read, dance ( polka anyone?) Hike, play guitar and when I have free time, my zen moments are spent translating books - genre - primarily European History.
