Establishing an agile planning & execution process that includes and supports the following:\\\\n*coming up with Product goals and initiatives that support the wider Org goals\\\\n*experimenting with particular clients\' and companies problems and solutions that are part of those goals/initiatives\\\\n*ensuring predictable and timely delivery;\\\\n2. Transitioning the Org from sequential product development in siloes to cross-functional teams;\\\\n3. Organizational Preparedness process (aka \"Readiness\") that makes sure all the company departments (Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product & Engineering, etc.) are carrying out activities needed for successful releases / Go To Market;\\\\n4.
