What I built: Launched a multi-tenant ticketing platform from 0→1 using React, Supabase, Redux Toolkit, and Edge Functions. Processed over 2k+ tickets monthly, supporting high-capacity events attendees). Built a real-time kiosk app for ticket scanning used by venue security — with >99.99% accuracy and uptime. Architected per-tenant integrations with Stripe, Niubiz, Meta Pixel, and Facebook CAPI, enabling branded analytics and flexible payment options. Created customer dashboards showing promoter ROI and sales data — reducing client churn by 15% through actionable insights. Impact:🧠 Enabled AI-assisted code generation to boost engineering velocity by 10× and standardize code quality across teams. Solved false fraud detection issues during checkout, deploying alternate payment methods + WhatsApp re-engagement — recovering 7% of lost sales. Instrumented full purchase funnel with Meta Pixel + Conversions API, enabling per-tenant ad attribution and funnel analytics.
