From buying her first property at 21, Ilka\'s passion for real estate was evident. While building a successful accounting career after obtaining a degree from Central CT State University, she expanded her horizons in 2007 with a Realtor\'s license. After a fulfilling decade in accounting, she left in 2017 to focus solely on real estate. As her journey evolved, she established Team Phoenix in 2018, which later became part of Keller Williams Legacy Partners. By 2021, she secured a Broker\'s license and a KW Commercial license. In addition to her real estate profession, Ilka boasts an investment portfolio of rental properties throughout Greater Hartford. Actively involved in her community, Ilka is a board member of NAHREP and founded the Home First Fund with the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. Originally from Puerto Rico and settled in Connecticut since age 12, Ilka enjoys family life with her wife, Yvette, and daughter, Veronica.
