Responsible for ensuring HR policies are compliant with current laws and regulations; Recommend and make changes as necessary; Provide advice to HR partners in all US entities; Provide guidance, training and other materials as needed (and in conjunction with Legal as required); Point person for any workplace/employment type policies• Responsible for keeping the Employee Handbook up to date, and disseminating as needed • Responsible for HR Processes with respect to compliance, including communication, modification and training as needed; Including HR compliance training content and delivery; Creates the US Investigation processes, for serious complaints as well as gross misconduct; Reviews LOA process, documentation, tools, systems and implement changes as needed; Provide guidance on accommodation requests; Maintain the HR Managers Portal to ensure all policies, procedures and resources are up to date• Partner with the Training team and HR Business Partners to develop, implement and track compliance training completions• Responsible for any HR related audits, such as SSAE 16, ERISA, DOL, IRS, EEO, ADA • Partner with internal and external counsel to provide guidance on any government agency requests for response• Stay current on legislative updates affecting human resources, including wage and hour regulations, ERISA, DOL, IRS, OFCCP, EEO, ADA. Proactively identifies if there are any changes needed and recommends as needed. Keeps HR partners up to date on these changes.• Assist with various compliance reporting, including EEO/ADA reports such as VETS 4212 and EEO-1• Oversee COVID Compliance and tracking in the US
