I’m a real estate developer, investor, and COO of BETTER — blending a background in quantitative finance with on-the-ground experience building pocket neighborhoods and development projects in Durham and Raleigh.Before moving into real estate, I worked in financial services and quantitative consulting, where I developed expertise in portfolio analysis, M&A strategy, and building goal-driven processes. My work ranged from developing climate credit risk models to validating derivatives pricing and structuring acquisition strategies alongside company CEOs and CROs.Today, I apply the same analytical rigor to development — from spotting by-right opportunities hidden in zoning codes to structuring creative financing that maximizes returns for investors. I’m passionate about making development attainable for everyone and about creating projects that stand the test of time.Master’s in Financial Mathematics from NC State.
