I am a partner at Three Crowns, a leading law firm specialised in international disputes. I represent and advise States, companies and individuals in international arbitration and public international law matters. I also sit as an arbitrator. I have a broad practice covering investment-treaty, public international law, gas-pricing, infrastructure, general commercial, and enforcement disputes. I have acted in numerous high-value, complex and politically sensitive matters. This includes securing the largest publicly known award (over 50 billion USD) for the Yukos majority shareholders in their arbitration against the Russian Federation. I am Member of the ICC Court of Arbitration and an Ambassador for the Vienna International Arbitration Center.I am admitted to practice law in Paris and New York. I teach arbitration at the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland.
