I am a Product Designer with 8 years of experience, skilled in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. I create various digital products, including mobile apps and big SaaS platforms. Currently, I work at Revolut, where I am improving HR tools to make them easier to use and more effective, focusing especially on performance management modules.In my role, I regularly perform usability testing and analyze data to understand what users need from our tool. This ensures that everything from setting goals to reviewing performance is user-friendly and efficient. My goal is to make interfaces that are not only powerful but also simple and enjoyable to use. As an example of result it helped me to create a new design for scorecards which reduced the time for performance reviews by 40%.Before joining Revolut, I was with Yandex, where I led the design of a new chat system. This system helped our support team answer questions 30% faster. I also worked on projects that improved how our sales teams communicate and updated our text editors, reducing mistakes significantly.I enjoy working with teams that innovate and push the boundaries of product design.
