WORK HISTORY
Managing Director (Partner) - Na and Latam Innovation Hubs Lead @埃森哲
I lead innovation hubs across two continents, working with Fortune 500 boards and exec teams, focused on AI and emerging tech deployment. In these roles I’ve influenced over $750Million in sales, presented to regulators and decision makers, and spoken on major global stages. I oversee teams from NYC to SF to Toronto to São Paulo and everywhere in between. I’ve made headlines for being one of the first people in the world to digitally clone myself and built Laila. My AI focus is heavily focused on future of work and human wellbeing. I built our Ventures team in Canada a few years ago, and am now often a bridge between the VC world and the enterprise ecosystem across the world. Now writing about what I see crossing my desk on Substack.

ABOUT ILIANA ORIS VALIENTE
I’m a systems thinker, translator of ideas, connector of people and capital, builder — on a mission to build a future that humans actually want to live in.Summary: innovation executive focused on emerging tech and human futures, VC investor, board member, published author, public speaker, community builder, and global citizen. Fluency in these worlds allows me to spot new trends and see the bigger picture. How this shows up:1) Managing Director + lead all NA and LATAM innovation hubs at Accenture, working with senior exec clients and boards to support their transformation journeys. This includes a focus on our AI and cross-industry plays. In this role, I oversee teams that bring together specialists in design, data science, the venture ecosystem, tech, along with a variety of industry experts.2) Board member: incl. Sunnybrook Hospital, CPA Ontario3) Investing & capital: I personally invest in venture funds (focus on emerging managers) and shape conversations inside allocator ecosystems to direct capital where it compounds. I’ve also built the education layer for family office next-gens who are considering investing as LPs or doing direct deals.4) Published author, speaker, and media commentator; featured by Bloomberg, the Financial Times, CNBC, and The Globe and Mail, among others. I publish on Substack. On stage, I deliver select keynotes by invitation and occasionally serve as anchor and decoder for investor summits and executive forums.5) I’m building a community of global citizens and connecting them to the infrastructures that make global living workableIn 2015, I co-founded Rubix by Deloitte — the world\'s first blockchain consulting practice at a major firm. Most people thought I was out of my mind. This kickstarted Deloitte’s global blockchain efforts. I\'ve been comfortable being early ever since. I\'ve advised corporations, government leaders, regulators, and startups as a translator between web2 and web3 worlds. Today my lens spans AI, venture, and the future of work and life.Always curious, well-traveled with international life experience, I also speak Russian, Spanish, and French.I’ve also been called a “corporate and capital matchmaker”, bringing multi-stakeholder groups to the table. In my spare time I enjoy acro yoga, tea, working on my first book, golf, running (incl. 2 half marathons), and meeting inspiring people.
