IT Executive, Certified Executive Coach, Recognized Mentor and Trailblazer Latina in Tech helping people and organizations accelerate their success.In my 25+ years career in the high tech industry, I\'ve helped global tech companies build their solution engineering teams, create new products, bring the voice of the customer front and center, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and more importantly, I\'ve helped my team members and business partners achieve their goals and develop both personally and professionally. Now I am on a mission to help startups accelerate their success, and high tech professionals accelerate their careers.Been exposed to the power of technology early in my life thanks to trailblazing family members who were leaders in the IT space back in Mexico, I grew up been a big believer in the power of Technology but through the years, I also got to understand that Technology is only a tool. It cannot replace creativity, strategic thinking or human interactions, so I am passionate about tech, but perhaps more passionate about people. As a strong advocate for DEI, I know that diverse teams, a strong sense of belonging and the practice of inclusion at all levels can have a big impact not just for a company\'s bottom line, but also for society as a whole. I have been a Board Member at organizations that recognize these values like Upwardly Global (helping immigrant professionals rebuild their careers in the US) and MENTOR California (helping bridge the youth mentoring gap in the state). I am a lifelong learner. I believe in the power of giving back and paying it forward, and am committed to helping and inspiring others to reflect on their own ability to go further, faster and achieve their own personal version of success.
