I love to convert great ideas into even greater products in the most efficient way possible from the company\'s perspective and the most favourable and clean way from the users\' perspective.It starts from users — what do they need, what pains they have, how to make them happy, what habits users have, who they are. After that come business goals — what are the most profitable options to go for, what areas of user\'s desires intersect with business opportunities. And last but not least — the design and dev perspective: how to convert everything we know into a reliable, ergonomic and good looking solution in the shortest period possible.The heart that brings everything to life is the team. I love building and managing teams — finding shared interests, resolving tension, feeling others\' state of mind, unite everyone with a shared vision.Coding is what recharges me. I am fond of programming and often find myself coding all my free time available. I believe that simplicity and clarity are the main two concepts that stand behind great tech products in a nutshell. Well written code answers your question before you even articulate it. Well working code solves business goals with grace.For the last three years, I\'m positively surprised by Flutter technology and how it simplified the apps creation process. I developed multiple apps and a few libraries and I honestly think that Flutter is the coming future of apps development.
